Placuszki ziemniaczane-zwykłe a takie pyszne

Ingredients:

- 3 duże ziemniaki,
- mała cebula,
- jajko,
- 3 łyżki mleka,
- sól,
- mąka,
- olej do smażenia,

Prepare instructions:

Ziemniaki obieram, myję i kroję na mniejsze kawałki. Następnie wrzucam do blendera. Cebulkę obieram i dorzucam do ziemniaków, wbijam jajo, dodaje mleko i sól.Wszystko dokładnie miksuję i przelewam do miski.Nastepnie dodaję mąkę i dokładnie mieszam. Teraz już tylko wlewam olej na patelnie, a kiedy się rozgrzeje nakładam łyżką placuszki.Wysmażam na rumiano z każdej strony i gotowe.

Teraz już tylko patrzę jak mój synuś "niejadek" wcina ze smakiem.

Mój mąż lubi je z dodatkiem keczupu.
Można podawać z gulaszem, choć my pieczemy je wtedy na blaszce bez oleju i dodatku cebuli.

Mój przepis jest inny, bo gęsciejszy, ale co do polewy z ketchupem, to zawsze gdy moja babcia mi je robiła w dzieciństwie to polewała ketchupem - bardzo dobre i znow kiedys musze zrobic takie, pozdrawiam

hej ja też je robie tylko dodaje jeszcze czosnek ale są przepyszne .A i super ten pomysł z blenderem bo na tarce zanim to się utrze to masa ciemnieje
