Miarka ma 125 g czy raczej ml ? Jeżeli weźmiemy 9 miarek mąki po 125g, to wychodzi aż 1.125g mąki, czyli ponad 1 kilogram. Tak dużo ciasta nie ma najmniejszej szansy wyrosnąć na 4g drożdży, szczególnie że jeszcze nie jest odstawione do wyrastania.
