Babka trójkolorowa

Ingredients:

1 1/2 łyżki kakao
      1 kostka margaryny
      1 szklanka cukru
      4 jaja
1 1/2 szklanki mąki
1 1/2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
      7 łyżek posiekanych pistacji
      1 łyżeczka aromatu migdałowego
      7 dkg.mielonych migdałów
      1 szklanka mleka + 2 łyżki mleka
         szczypta soli

Prepare instructions:

Margarynę utrzeć z cukrem,solą i jajkami.Dodać mąkę z proszkiem do pieczenia - delikatnie wymięszać.
Masę dzielimy na 3 części:
- jedną wymięszać z pistacjami i połową mleka
- drugą z migdałami,olejkiem migdałowym i pozostałą częścią mleka
- trzecią zmiksować z kakao i tylko 2 łyżkami mleka.

Jeśli mamy słone pistacje;zalewamy wrzątkiem i odstawiamy.Obieramy z brązowej skórki - drobno siekamy a następnie mielimy
Formę(keksówka) do pieczenia należy posmarować tłuszczem i posypać tartą bułką.Wyłożyć ciasto kakaowe,potem pistacjowe i migdałowe.Piec 40-50 min.w temp.170 stopni.

A po co ta 1 szkl mleka?

sorki...no oczywiście to mleko trzeba dodać do ciasta.Już błąd jest poprawiony.

Kostka margaryny czyli 250g? Pytam bo różnie to bywa z gramaturą maseł i margaryn
