Ciasto:

250 ml slodkiej smietany kremowki
250 ml cukru
350 ml maki pszennej
2 jajka
2 lyzeczki proszku do pieczenia
1 lyzeczka cukru waniliowego
swieze listki z pelargoni pachnacej ( nie wiecej niz 10 )

Lukier:

5 listkow pelargoni pachnacej ( ten gatunek, co pachnie roza)
500 ml cukru pudru
1 bialko
1 1 lyzeczka soku z cytryny

Prepare instructions:

Ubic smietane, dodac cukier, po jednym jajku i mieszac delikatnie, dodajac nastepne jajko, potem przesiana make , proszek do pieczenia i cukier waniliowy
wszystko delikatnie wymieszac

Wysmarowac 2 formy o srednicy 20 cm i wylozyc listkami dol i brzegi foremek

W nagrzanym piekarniku na 200 C upiec babki okolo 20-30 minut, pilnowac , zeby sie nie spalily, sprawdzic zapalka czy ciasto jest suche

Lukier:

Podzielone liscie pelargoni wlozyc do mozdzieza i ubic na mase z czescia cukru pudru

Bialko ubic na sztywno, wymieszac liscie z reszta cukru pudru i sokiem z cytryny, dodac piane i delikatnie wymieszac wszystko razem

Zlozyc babki z lukrem miedzy i dookola

smacznego

Na jaką blaszkę jest ta porcja? Mam za duzo geranium i tak bym spóbowała :) ale z połowy porcji.
