Babka z truskawkami

Ingredients:

Ciasto:
30 dag truskawek,
4 białka,
25 dag miękkiego masła,
25 dag cukru,
4 żółtka,
40 dag mąki,
1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia,
tłuszcz do wysmarowania formy,
tarta bułka do wysypania formy
Dekoracja:
cukier puder

Prepare instructions:

Truskawki umyć, osuszyć i pokroić w ćwiartki. Owoce zmiksować. Piekarnik rozgrzać do temp. 200 stopni C. Keksówkę wysmarować tłuszczem i posypać tartą bułką, tak aby spód i boki formy były dokładnie pokryte warstwą bułki. Białka ubić na sztywną pianę. Masło utrzeć na krem. Powoli wsypywać cukier, nie przerywając ucierania. Następnie dodać żółtka i ucierać. Mąkę wymieszać z proszkiem do pieczenia i po łyżce dodawać do masy, stale mieszając. Do ciasta dodać pianę z białek i delikatnie wymieszać. Zmiksowane truskawki dodać do ciasta i dokładnie wymieszać. Ciasto wlać do keksówki, wyrównać powierzchnię i piec ok. 60 minut. Upieczoną babkę ostrożnie wyjąć z formy i odstawić do wystudzenia. Przed podaniem babkę posypać obficie cukrem pudrem.

wypróbowany :) działa :) babka piekła się krócej - ok. 50 minut i w temperaturze ok. 180. Udała się :) smak pozostaje kwestią gustu... :)

Właśnie jestem po degustacji babki, ma super truskawkowy smak, mięciutka i puszysta, na wierz poukładałam jeszce dodatkowo truskawki. Rewelacja. Napewno skorzystam z tego przepisu jeszcze nie raz
