Bałkański przysmak

Ingredients:

- pól kg. chudej wieprzowiny bez kości
- 3 szklanki bulionu z kostki
- 20 dkg. ryżu długoziarnistego
- 2 czerwone papryki ( ok. 35 dkg. )
- 4 duże pomidory ( ok. 40 dkg. )
- 1 świeża papryczka chili
- 3 cebule
- 1 ząbek czosnku
- 2 łyżki koncentratu pomidorowego
- 5 łyżek oleju
- łyżeczka suszonego tymianku
- łyżeczka słodkiej mielonej papryki
- sól, pieprz, natka pietruszki

Prepare instructions:

Mięso umyć, osuszyć i pokroic na płatki.
Cebulę i czosnek drobno posiekać. Na patelni rozgrzać olej, obsmażyć mięso, dodać cebulę i czosnek i smażyć 5 - 10 min.
Wlać bulion wymieszany z koncentratem pomidorowym
Dodać tymianek, mieloną paprykę, pieprz, sól i dusić ok 15 min. W tym czasie opłukać ryż, papryki oczyścić z gniazd nasiennych i pokroić w kostkę, a chili w cieńkie plasterki. Pomidory sparzyć, obrać ze skórki, - pokroić w kostkę.

Do mięsa dodać ryż, paprykę, pomidory i dusić ok. 25 - 30 min. aż ryż będzie miękki i wchłonie płyn.
Na koniec posypać natką pietruszki.
Najlepiej podać na stół w naczyniu - w którym się dusiło.

Jest to smaczne jednogarnkowe danie ( gotowe w 50 min ) dla wszystkich, gustujących w ostrzejszych smakach.

Mój ulubiony kucharz p. Kuroń w jednym ze swoich programów powiedział, że paprykę przed włożeniem do duszonego mięsa należy krótko, ale b. intensywnie przysmażyć na odrobinie oleju. Zachowa ona wtedy swój " żywy " czerwony kolor.
