Ingredients:

ciasto z mojego przepisu na beljaschi

Farsz
1/2 kg zmielonej wieprzowiny lub miesa mieszanego (surowe)
2 przecisniete ząbki czosnku
1 por (biała część) drobno posiekana
1 cebule
1 łyżeczka soli
1 łyżeczka cukru
1 łyżka sosu sojowego
1 łyżka mąki ziemniaczanej
sol, pieprz, ulubione przyprawy

Prepare instructions:

Przygotowac ciato i odstawic, zeby podroslo.

Przygotowac farsz:
mieso zmielic wraz z cebula, dodac drobno posiekany por, sol, cukier, sos sojowy,make i przyprawy. Dokladnie wyrobic.
Ciasto cienko rozwalkowac na stolnicy. Wycinac literatka male kolka. Na srodek kazdego z nich polozyc troche mieska i dokladnie zakleic. Na gleboka patelnie nalac ok 1,5 cm oleju. Tluszcz rozgrzac. Na rozgrzany olej wrzucac partiami pierozki i smazyc na wolnym ogniu na zloto.
Podawac prosto z patelni z surowkami lub do barszczyku

Uwaga. Przygotowane pierozki mozna zamrozic surowe natychmiast po zrobieniu, nie dopuszczajac do ich wyrosniecia. Przed planowanym podaniem nalezy wyjac je z zamrazarki ok. godzine wczesniej, a nastepnie normalnie smazyc.
