Ingredients:

baranina
marchew
seler
pietruszka
cebula
olej

Prepare instructions:

Mięso pokroić na części, umyć, natrzeć czosnkiem i solą, włożyć do glinianego garnka i odstawić w chłodne miejsce na tydzień.
Po tym czasie opłukać każdy kawałek, osuszyć i obsmażyć z wszystkich stropn na oleju.Podlać wodą i dusić pod przykryciem 1 godzinę( kontrolując by sie nie przypaliło- podlewać wodą).
Jarzyny pokroić w cienkie słupki, dorzucić do mięsa i dalej dusić (jeszcze z 40 minut- dolewając stopniowo wody).
Podawać z ziemniaczkami i kwaskowatą surówką.

Oj widze moja salatke z cukinii! :) A nie trzeba do miesa dodawac czosnku?

Czosnkiem nacieram mięso dość obficie, więc jego aromat jest baaaardzo intensywny.Wg mnie juz więcej go nie trzeba dodawać.Ale jeśli masz ochote to wypróbuj :)))A Twoja sałatka z cukinii jest rewelacyjna!!! pozdrawiam!!
