Ingredients:

4 jaja, 3/4 szkl. cukru, cukier waniliowy, 3/4 szkl. mąki KRUPCZATKI( nie używaj innej mąki bo ciasto nie wyjdzie z tego przepisu), 1/4 szkl. mąki ziemniaczanej, 1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia.

CIASTO:
3 szkl. mąki pszennej , 2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia, 4jaja , kostka margaryny, szkl. cukru, 3 łyżki śmietany gęstej, dżem, 2 łyżki kakao.

MASA:
kostka masła, 2 łyżki cukru pudru, galaretka, 4 białka, 1/2 szkl. cukru, odrobina soli, ponadto polewa czekoladowa

Prepare instructions:

BISZKOPT
wykonanie- patrz w przepis "cygańska droga" lub " biszkopt inki" pod inka21. CIASTO:
przesiana maka+proszek do pieczenia + żółka+ margaryna+ cukier+ śmietana- zagnieść ciasto, większą część ciasta wylać na posmarowaną tłuszczem blachę , posmarować dżemem wierzch ciasta, a do mniejszej częśći ciasta dodaĆ kakao- Z TEJ CZĘSCI CIASTA UFORMOWAC KULE I DODAC DO JASNEGO CIASTA UKŁADAJĄC JE NA DŻEMIE. Piec 45 minut w piekarniku nagrzanym do temperatury 17o * dla piecy elektrycznych i w 200* dla piecy gazowych.

MASA:
galaretke rozpuścic w niepełnej szkl. wody , ostudzic i dać do stężenia, białka ubić z solą na sztywną pianę i stopniowo dodawać do niej cukier- połączyć z galatretka, osobno utrzeć masło z cukrem pudrem , pzelałożyc do utartego masła roztwór galaretkowo- białkowy.wymieszać

Ciasto pycha, jadłam je na imieninach cioci! Bardzo smaczne.... Polecam na samą góre ciasta dodać trochę bitej śmietany..... mniam...
