Bezy kolorowe pychotka

Ingredients:

- 4 białka
- paczuszka cukru waniliowego
- 200g cukru pudru
- szczypta soli
- barwniki spozywcze (kilka kolorów)

Prepare instructions:

Białka posolić, ubić na sztywno, dodając cukier puder i cukier waniliowy.
Rozłożyć do kilku małych salaterek. Do każdej dodać odrobinę barwnika spożywczego i delikatnie wymieszać. Masę wyciskać szprycą lub kłaść łyżką 'ciasteczka' na blachę. Suszyć (najlepiej w lekko uchylonym piekarniku) nagrzanym do ok 100^oC przez 1-2 godz. Zostawic do wystygnięcia. Smacznego

UWAGA ostrożnie z barwnikami, jeśli będzie ich za dużo mogą barwić buzię

Oczywiście można nie dodawać barwników i zrobić z tego przepisu tradycyjne bezy

Mmm...brzmi naprawde smakowicie, a ja uwielbiam bezy:D Ale kolorwych jeszcze nie jadlam ;-))) Te barwniki spozywcze dostane bez problemu w sklepie spozywczym czy powinnam ich szukac raczej w supermarkecie?? Prosze o szybka odpowiedz, bo najpozniej jutro je upieke;-)) Pozdrawiam!!!
