Biszkopt do świeżych owoców lub rabarbaru

Ingredients:

Składniki na ciasto:
2 jaja
2 szklanki maki
1 szklanka cukru
1/2 szklanki mleka
1/2 margaryny
cukier waniliowy
2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
50 dag rabarbaru lub innych owoców (truskawek, jagód, brzoskwinii, wiśni)
+tłuszcz do wysmarowania blaszki+tarta bułka

Składniki na kruszonkę:
1/2 kostki margaryny
4 łyżki cukru
ok. szklanki mąki pszennej

Prepare instructions:

Wykonanie kruszonki:
margarynę z mąką posiekać nożem, następnie dodać cukier. (aby powstały drobne grudki)

Wykonanie ciasta:
Jajka, margarynę i cukier miksujemy, dodajemy mleko, cukier waniliowy i makę zmieszaną z proszkiem. Gotową masę wylewamy na blaszkę na wierzch wysypując wybrane owoce, a na owoce należy równo wysypać kruszonkę. Piec 40-45 minut w temperaturze 180^oC.

-Kruszonka oczywiście nie jest niezbędna w przypadku tego ciasta, bez niej też wyjdzie pyszne:) A ciasto wystarczy po upieczeniu posypać cukrem pudrem:)

Jestem już po degustacji owego ciasta. Dodałam wiśnie i oczywiście na wierzch kruszonka.

Gwarantuję , ze jest rewelacyjne, miękkie, puszyste i pasujące do wszystkich sezonowych owoców. zachęcam do pieczenia - bo warto
