Jadam bliny w każdą wigilię robione przez moją teściową ale tylko z mąki pszennej, jest to przysmak rodzinki znikają ze stołu ''migiem'' zamiast chleba.Polecam dobre też z dżemem.

Jest wiele rodzajów blinów, ale te  tzw, "carskie" (potem przeszły do wykwintnej, świątecznej kuchni rosyjskiej) są z dodatkiem mąki gryczanej. Mąka gryczana ma oryginalny smak-gorzkawy, jakby razowy.Poza tym mąką gryczana nie zawiera glutenu więc bliny z jej dodatkiem niezbyt mocno wyrastają.Są oryginalną, neutralną, niesłodką bazą dla dodatków, z którymi się te bliny podaje.
