Borowikowo - schabowy gulasz kasiuli

Ingredients:

4 plastry schabu
2 - 3 duże borowiki*
2 duże cebule
vegeta
świeżo mielony pieprz
1,5 szkl bulionu (1,5 szkl wody + 1 kostka rosołowa)
2 łyzki majonezu
olej

* można dać inne grzyby np. kozaki, podgrzybki, jednak najlepsze są borowiki

Prepare instructions:

Na patelni podsmażyć (ok 8 min) pokrojone w plasterki borowiki i cebule, doprawić vegetą i pieprzem, zdjąć z patelni. Na tym sammy oleju podsmażyć (ok 10 min) pokrojone w cienkie paski mięso, opruszone vegetą i pieprzem. Mięsko zalewamy bulionem, chwilę dusimy na małym ogniu (ok 10 min). Dodajemy grzyby z cebulą i majonezem (dusimy kolejne ok 10 min).

Gulasz jest naprawdę pyszny majonez dodaje charakteru tej potrawie.

Zrobiłam, ale jak dla mnie za dużo Vegety. Nastepnym razem grzyby przyprawię tylko solą i piperzem, a do sosu dodam trochę kostki, bo przy całej może być za słone.
