Budyń pieczarkowy

Ingredients:

100 g ryżu
500 g pieczarek
100 g cebuli
100 g miękkiego masła
5 jajek
50 g tartego żółtego sera
pęczek posiekanej natki
sól,
pieprz mielona
słodka papryka
tarta bułka

Prepare instructions:

Ryż ugotować w osolonej wodzie. Odsączyć, lekko ostudzić. Pieczarki i cebulę posiekać. Cebulę zeszklić w łyżce masła, dodawać stopniowo grzyby i ciągle mieszając odparować. Odstawić do przestudzenia. Pozostałe masło rozetrzeć z żółtkami i serem. Białka ubić ze szczyptą soli na sztywną pianę. Ryż, grzyby, natkę i przyprawy wymieszać, dodać do masy maślano-serowej i delikatnie połączyć z pianą z białek. Formę budyniową wysmarować masłem i wysypać tartą bułką. Wypełnić ją masą i zamknąć. Gotować na słabym ogniu w kąpieli wodnej ok. 120 min. Budyń wyłożyć na półmisek, podawać z sosem pomidorowym.
