Ingredients:

1.5 szklanki mąki

0.5 szklanki letniej wody

sól

2 łyżki oleju

warzywa ulubione

kilka plastrów sera żółtego

Prepare instructions:

Do mąki wlewam olej ,mieszam z solą nastepnie woda .Mieszam do czasu ,aż ciasto będzie odchodzić od ręki .Lekko smaruję olejem i zostawiam na około 15 minut pod przykryciem .

W tym czasie, na patelni dusze warzywa tj.papryka czerwona, żółta ,cebula drobno pokrojona ,natka pietruszki ,garśc słonecznika ,troche orzeszków ziemnych ,fasolka rózna .Doprawiam na ostro lub łagodnie.

z ciasta odrywam kulki ciasta ,rozwałkowuję do rozmiaru patelni.Piekę ,aż bedzie rumiany

z obu stron .Gorący sos nakladam na połowę tortilli na tym ukladam plastry sera ,przyrywam drugą połową.Lekko dociskam i jest samkowite jedzonko.......może nie wygląda efektownie ???ale mnie nam bardzo smakowalo to buritto .a tak w środku wygląda.....

Daj spokój, wyszły rewelacyjnie! I właśnie to mi się w nich najbardziej podoba, ze nie trzeba uruchamiac piekarnika. Na patelni prosto i szybko. Tylko wolałam sie upewnic, czy dobrze myślę.
