Cappuccino z kokosem

Ingredients:

Biszkopt:
- 6 jaj
- Szklanka cukru
- Szklana mąki tortowej
- Łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
- 2 łyżki kakao

Placek kokosowy:
- 20 dkg kokosu
- 5 białek
- Szklanka cukru
- Łyżeczka proszku do pieczenie

Masa:
- 5 żółtek
- cukier waniliowy
- 3 łyżki mąki tortowej
- Budyń waniliowy
- 2 szklanki mąki
- 3/4 szklanki cukru
- Kostka masła
- 30g cappuccino waniliowego w proszku

Prepare instructions:

Biszkopt:
Ubijamy białka, dodajemy żółtka z cukrem i ubijamy dalej. Dodajemy przesianą mąkę z proszkiem (bardzo ważne, żeby mieszać łopatką, a nie mikserem, bo nie wyrośnie). Na koniec dodajemy przesiane kakao. Pieczemy ok 30 minut w temperaturze 175 stopni. Biszkopt przekrajamy na 2 części.

Placek kokosowy:
Białka ubijamy z cukrem, dodajemy kokos z proszkiem do pieczenia i lekko mieszamy. Pieczemy w tej samej formie co biszkopt w temperaturze 175 stopni ok 30 minut.

Masa:
Mleko, cukier, budyń, mąkę, cukier waniliowy, żółtka wymieszać i ugotować budyń. Masło utrzeć na puch, dodać wystudzony budyń i kawę ciągle ucierając.

Zamiast mąki ,trzeba wpisać mleko

Absolutnie cudowny smak, można odpłynąć . Nie chcę w ogóle myśleć ile ma kalorii, po co sobie psuć przyjemność
