Chleb bananowy

Ingredients:

315 g niebielonej mąki
2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
1/2 łyżeczki skody oczyszczonej
1/2 łyżeczki soli
4 duże dojrzałe banany
2 białka jajek
170-180 g cukru
60 ml maślanki
1 łyżeczka cukru waniliowego

Prepare instructions:

Należy wymieszać w dużej misce mąkę (niebielona tzn. pszenna razowa lub żytnia razowa), proszek do pieczenia, sodę oczyszczoną i sól.
W innej misce ugnieść widelcem banany na jednolitą masę. Następnie dodać do bananów: 2 białka, cukier zwykły i waniliowy, maślankę i wszystko dokładnie wymieszać. Gotową masę bananową wlać do w mąki i dokładnie wymieszać, aż składniki stworzą jednolitą szarą masę.
Ciasto wylać na wyłożoną papierem do pieczenia formę (polecana to 23x18, ale ja nawet raz pieklam chleb w formie na babki) i piec ok 50-60 min. w tem. 180 st.

*Po tym czasie po włożeniu wykałaczki w ciasto, może być ona trochę lepka to przez banany.Studzimy chleb 10 min i można jeść, ale najlepszy jest na następny dzień. Można przed upieczeniem posypać wierzch sezamem. Chleb sam w sobie jest słodki, ale można go smarować masłem, dżemami, nutellą. Smacznego!

"niebielona maka"? A cóż to takiego? To nie jest czasem zwykła pszenna?

Mąka niebielona czyli pełnoziarnista, nie do końca przetworzona. Można spróbować zrobić ze zwykłej pszennej, chociaz sama tego nie robilam.
