Chleb domowy z dodatkami Agaty

Ingredients:

ROZCZYN:4-5 dag drożdży, 8 pełnych łyżek płatków owsianych, 1 l ciepłej wody, 1 łyżka cukru,

1,20 kg mąki, 1 łyżka kminku, garstka soli, garstka siemienia lnianego, garstka słonecznika

Prepare instructions:

Drożdże + woda + cukier + płatki wymieszać razem w garnku przykryć ściereczką i wstawić do zlewu napełnionego ciepłą wodą.

Kiedy płatki wypłyną na wierzch dodajemy mąkę i resztę składników wyrabiamy nieco ręką aby ciasto miało jednolitą konsystencję i znów razem z garnkiem wkładamy do zlewu z ciepłą wodą przykryte ściereczką - kiedy ciasto zacznie rosnąć (ok7-10min) wykładamy do wysmarowanych smalcem foremek – keksówek. Każdą foremkę wypełniamy do 2/3 wysokości i ustawiamy w ciepłym miejscu do wyrośnięcia. Kiedy ciasto w deczkach podrośnie wkładamy do piekarnika nagrzanego do 200 st na 40 min. po upływie tego czasu obniżamy temp do 180 st i dopiekamy chleb przez 20 min

W czasie pieczenia nie otwieramy piekarnika.

otóż te które Agatka lubi najbardziej i które znalazły się w przepisie
-1 łyżka kminku, garstka siemienia lnianego, garstka słonecznika - wszystkiego po małej garstce bo Agatka ma małe garstki- czy wszystko już jasne ? :)
