Ingredients:

Składniki:

1 margaryna

2 żółtka surowe

2 żółtka gotowane

3 szklanki mąki

3 łyżki śmietany 18%

zapach pomarańczowy

Lukier:

2 białka

25 dag cukru pudru

Przykładowy krem:

2 łyżeczki mąki przennej

2 łyżeczki mąki ziemniaczanej

1/2 szklanki mleka

2 żółtka

1/2 szklanki cukru

15 dag masła lub margaryny

1/2 łyżki kakao

zapach pomarańczowy

Prepare instructions:

Z podanych składników zagnieść ciasto. Ciasto robimy dzień wcześniej i wkładamy na noc do lodówki.

Białka i cukier utrzeć, aby powstał lukier.

Następnego dnia wykrawywać ciastka w kształcie kółek o średniej wielkości. Smarować każdy krążek z jednej strony lukrem. Piec. Po upieczeniu zlepiać po dwa. Można do tego użyć dowolnego dżemu lub kremu. Ja używam tego z przepisu poniżej. Należy także masą lub dżemem dokładnie posmarować boki ciastek, które następnie obtaczamy w zmielonych orzechach włoskich.

Krem:

Żółtka wymieszać z odobiną (np. łyżką) mleka oraz mąką przenną i ziemniaczaną. Pozostałe mleko zagotować z cukrem. Do gotującego się mleka powoli wlewać wymieszane wcześniej żółtka. Ciągle mieszając podgrzewać aż masa zgęstnieje. Po wystygnięciu połączyć z margaryną i dodać kakao.

super propozycja, to smak mojego dzieciństwa więc muszę je koniecznie kiedyś przygotować :)

Ciasteczka są naprawdę pyszne. Może trochę pracochłonne ale ich smak to wynagradza.
