ciasto czekoladowe z mikrofalówki w 6 minut

Ingredients:

Na ciasto:

200 gr margaryny
4 jajka
pół szklanki cukru
szklanka kakao (najlepiej tego ciemnego)
1 niepełna szkl. mąki
2 łyżki mąki kukurydzianej
paczka drożdży w proszku

Na polewę:

pół tabliczki gorzkiej czekolady

Prepare instructions:

Stopić margarynę w mikrofalówce (wystarczy włożyć ją na 1 min). Następnie dodać do niej wszystkie składniki i porządnie
wymieszać. Wlać masę do szklanej żaroodpornej formy lub większej miski przeznaczonej do mikrofali i wstawić do mikrofalówki na 6-7 minut na najwyższą moc (750 W). Gdy ciasto będzie się "piekło" wlać do szklanki troszkę wody i wrzucić do niej połamaną w kostki czekoladę. Po wyjęciu ciasta odstawić je aż do wystygnięcia a w mikrofalówce stopić czekoladę, którą potem polać ciasto.

Uwaga: Nie martwić się, gdy po wyciągnięciu ciasta będzie ono po bokach jakby "niedopieczone". Można to rozsmarować lub poczekać aż całe ciasto dojdzie do siebie. Jest szybkie i pyszne.

A czy ciasto po wystygnięciu nie będzie twarde jak kamień?Widziałyśmy kilka podobnych przepisów i ciasto po wystygnięciu stawało się zbyt twarde do jedzenia!
