Ciasto francuskie z parówką.

Ingredients:

2 opakowania ciasta francuskiego świeżego (gotowe, ale może też być mrożone.które trzeba wcześniej rozmrozić) po 275g
12 plastrów żółtego sera
12 cienkich (twardych,dobrych) parówek
1 żółtko
ziarna sezamu

Prepare instructions:

Rozwinąć płaty ciasta francuskiego. Każdy płat podzielić na 6 prostokątów. Na każdym położyć plaster sera i parówkę, której końce nacinamy na krzyż na głębokość ok.2 cm. Zwijać po przekątnej. Blachę wyłożyć papierem do pieczenia (nie trzeba jej smarować tłuszczem), ułożyć ciasto z parówkami , posmarować rozmąconym żółtkiem i posypać sezamem. Piekarnik nagrzać do 210 stopni (termoobieg). Piec ok.20 minut. Można podawać z keczupem, ew. sałatką z warzyw.

ta przekąska jest super i szybka w przygotowaniu

Też robię podobnie. Tylko żeby było jeszcze szybciej to na parówkę kładę plasterek żółtego sera i zawijam już bez sezamu i jajka :) Ale trzeba przyznać, że zrobienie parówek "po twojemu" chwilkę dłużej trwa, ale znacznie lepiej się prezentują. Polecam
