Ingredients:

5 całych jaj
3 szkl mąki

1 szkl miodu naturalnego
1szkl cukru

orzechy włoskie
rodzynki
ew. inne bakalie

Prepare instructions:

Z jaj i mąki zagnieść makaron. Pokroić w szerokie wstążki.
Można skorzystać z maszynki do makaronu-wtedy jest ułatwione zadanie.

Smażyć małe porcje makaronu w dużej ilości oleju ( makaron rośnie podczas smażenia) i wykładać do miski.

Do makaronu dodać orzechy i rodzynki.

Zagotować miód z cukrem, wylać na usmażony makaron , szybko wymieszać i wkładać do blaszki mocno uciskając.

Można udekorować rozpuszczoną czekoladą.

Przepis dostałam od koleżanki. Polecam- chociaż wygląda dziwnie, to naprawdę jest smaczne.

A tego "makaronu" nie trzeba dosypać cukru?

Do makaronu nie trzeba dosypywać cukru. Po usmażeniu zalewamy go miodem z cukrem, jest i tak bardzo słodkie.

Wczoraj zrobiłam i dziś "testowałam" na kolegach z pracy...Wszyscy byli zachwyceni naprawdę super pomysł!!!!
