Ciasto waniliowo-czekoladowe ślimaki

Ingredients:

20 dag masła
20 dag cukru
1 cukier wanliliowy
2 jajka
ok 60 dag mąki
2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
1 łyżeczka brandy
2 łyżeczki kakao
1 białko ,
sól

Masło i cukier podzielić na połowę i rozłożyć do dwóch misek

Prepare instructions:

Ciasto waniliowe: masło i cukier utrzeć na puszysta masę, dodać jajko, połowę mąki, 1 łyżeczkę proszku do pieczenia i szczyptę soli. Dobrze wyrobić reką ciasto , zwinąc w folię i schowac do lodówki na ok. 45 min. Ciasto czekoladowe: do masła i cukru dodać jajko, brandy, kakao, resztę mąki i sól. Wyrobione reką ciasto wstawić do lodówki na ok. 45 min. Ciasta rozwałkować osobno na prostokąty o wym. ok. 30 cm na 25 cm. Ciasto waniliowe posmarować białkiem i położyć na nie ciasto czekoladowe. Obciąć równo brzegi, zwinąć w rulon. Roladę pociąć w plastry o grubości 5 mm. Układać krążki ciasta na posmarowanej tłuszczem blasze i pieć ok. 20 min w piekarniku nagrzanym do 180 stopni. Wychodzi ok. 45 ciasteczek

Pycha!! Miedzy warstwy ciasta na bialko dodalam jeszcze posiekane migdaly.

Pyszne są, a tak wyglądają w moim pykonaniu: Tylko okazało się, że nie mam tyle mąki i pomieszałam, pół na pół mąkę zwykła i mąkę krupczatkę. I jakoś udało mi sięto potem zrulować:)

A czy można to upiec jako jedno duże ciasto i kroić po upieczeniu? A nie robić z tego ciastek?
