Ciasto z kaszą manną i malinami

Ingredients:

1 litr mleka
szklanka drobnego cukru
kostka margaryny
1 szkl kaszy manny
barwnik spożywczy różowy
1 op cukru waniliowego
6 paczek herbatników kakaowych
galaretka malinowa
1,5 szklanki malin

Prepare instructions:

Mleko zagotowujemy z margaryną i cukrami. Powoli wsypujemy kaszę i gotujemy około 5 minut. Cały czas mieszamy. Goracą masę dzielimy na dwie części. Jedną wylewamy do formy wyłożonej herbatnikami i przykrywamy kolejną warstwą ciastek. Drugą część masy mieszamy z barwnikiem i wylewamy na ciastka. Równomiernie rozprowadzamy i pokrywamy ciastkami. Dociskamy. Możemy położyć na ciasto drewniana deskę, wówczas będzie miało równy wierzch.

Na wystudzone już ciasto układamy warstwę owoców, którą zalewamy tężejącą galaretką(galaretkę rozpuściłam w 350 ml gorącej wody). Wstawiamy do lodówki.

możesz uzyć blaszki 23x32 cm, moja forma była niestandardowa

Zrobiłam ciasto do przedszkola, na konkurs "najładniejsze ciasto"...zajęłam 2 miejsce:) Ciasto szybko się robi, smakuje i wygląda super! Nie mogłam znaleźć niestety kakaowych herbatników:(wiec musiałam zrobić ze zwykłych jasnych, no ale i tak fajnie to wygladalo.
