Ciasto z mandarynkami

Ingredients:

1 puszka mandarynek
4 jajka
1 szklanka cukru
1 szklanka mąki
10dag margaryny
1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
1 cukier waniliowy

Prepare instructions:

1. Żółtka utrzeć z margaryną, cukrem i cukrem waniliowym na puszystą masę. Następnie dodać przesianą mąkę z proszkiem do pieczenia.

2. Białka ze szczyptą soli ubić na sztywną pianę. Dodać do przygotowananej masy i delikatnie wymieszać.

3. Manadrynki odsączyć i wymieszać z ciastem.

4. Całość przelać do foremki keksowej wysmarowanej tłuszczem i oprószonej mąką. Piec ok 35 minut. w piekarniku nagrzanym do 180 stopni.

Ciasto smaczne, szybko się robi, napewno jeszcze nie jeden raz zagości u mnie.Pozdrawiam

W smaku bardzo dobre. Szybko sie je robi. Ale problemy z dopieczeniem: pieklam ponad godzine - z wierzchu bylo mocno brazowe, w srodku niedopieczone. Musialam dopiekac.

Co do problemu z dopieczeniem, to nie mam pojęcia dlaczego tak się stało, u mnie ciasto za każdym razem piecze się równomiernie, ale najważniejsze, że smakowało. Pozdrawiam :)

Dla mnie ciasto rewelacyjne :) Wyszło super i bardzo szybciutko zniknęło . Polecam .
