Cycek teściowej

Ingredients:

Ciasto:

3 szklanki mąki,
2 żółtka,
1 jajko,
1 1/2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia,
cukier waniliowy,
1 margaryna,
3/4 szklanki cukru.

Masa:

1 kg jabłek,
2 budynie śmietankowe,
mleko.

Prepare instructions:

Ciasto:

Z podanych składników zarobić ciasto i podzielić na dwie części.

Masa:

Dwa budynie ugotować według przepisu podanego na opakowaniu.
Jabłka obrać i pokroić w ósemki.

Surowe ciasto - jabłka pokrojone w ósemki - gorący bubyń - ciasto.

Piec 180 stopni tak długo aż ciasto będzie miało złoty kolor.
Upieczone i zimne ciasto posypać cukrem pudrem.

a skąd się wzieła nazwa , bo czytałam kilka razy przepis i nigdzie nie znalazłam tego ''cycka ''.

Wlasnie planuje sie zabrac za te ciasto, bo przepis brzmi "smacznie". Ciasto sie zagniata, czy uciera?
