Ingredients:

Ciasto ucierane:

20 dag. margaryny

20 dag. mąki

10 dag. cukru pudru

4 jajka

2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia

2 łyżeczki cynamonu

Ciasto białkowe:

6 białek

6 łyżek cukru

1/2 szkl. suchego maku

1/3 szkl. pokruszonych biszkoptów

2 łyżki mąki

szczypta proszku do pieczenia

kilka kropli olejku migdalowego

Krem:

6 żółtek

budyń śmietankowy

3 łyżki mąki

3/4 szkl. cukru

cukier waniliowy

2 szkl. mleka

25 dag. masła

4 łyżki cappuccino śmietankowego

słoiczek marmolady wieloowocowej

2 prostokątne andruty

Prepare instructions:

Wykonanie ciasta ucieranego:

Margarynę utrzeć z cukrem, dodawać po jednym jajku. Dodać mąkę z proszkiem i cynamonem, utrzeć na gładką masę. Podzielić na 2 części upiec 2 placki w temp. 180°C ok. 20 min.

Wykonanie ciasta białkowego:

Białka ubić na sztywną pianę, dodać cukier i olejek. Wsypać pozostale skł. i delikatnie wymieszać łyżką. piec ok. 30 min. w temp. 180°C.

Wykonanie kremu:

Szklankę mleka zagotowac z cukrem i c. waniliowym. Resztę mleka rozmieszać z budyniem, mąką i żółtkami, wlać na gotujące mleko. Gotować aż zgęstnieje cały czas mieszając, ostudzić. Masło utrzeć, dodać zimny budyń i cappuccino.

Złożenie placka: andrut - marmolada - ciasto cynamonowe - krem - ciasto białkowe - krem - ciasto cynamonowe - marmolada - andrut
