Ingredients:

biszkopt jasny z 4 jaj

Wkładka orzechowa:
25 dag posiekanych orzechów włoskich,
łyżka stołowa miodu,
5 białek,
25 dag cukru,
1 łyżka stołowa mąki ziemniaczanej,
1 łyżka stołowa mąki pszennej

Masa:
40 dag dobrej margaryny,
10 dag czekolady gorzkiej,
4 łyżki stołowe kakao,
125 ml mleka,
20 dag cukru,
łyżka stołowa spirytusu

Prepare instructions:

Biszkopt pieczemy w tradycyjnej blaszce 25 cm x 41cm. Po ostygnięciu "ściągamy" wierzchnią skórkę ciasta, aby masa lepiej się trzymała. Biszkopt nasączamy według uznania (może być woda z cukrem i sokiem z cytryny lub alkohol).

Wkładka orzechowa:
Białka ubijamy na sztywno. Dodajemy cukier i pozostałe składniki. Wylewamy masę na blachę i pieczemy w 180 stopniach przez ok. 20 minut.

Masa:

Mleko, czekoladę i kakao rozpuszczamy w garnku na małym ogniu i studzimy. Margarynę ucieramy z cukrem. Dodajemy składniki wcześniej rozpuszczone ciągle ucierając. Wlewamy spirytus i mieszamy

Na gotowy biszkopt wykładamy połowę masy, przykrywamy ją wkładką orzechową i pozostałym kremem.

Bardzo dobre, robiłam na Święta. Wierzch posypałam pokrojonymi bakaliami.
