Ingredients:

Ciasto

1-margaryna
6-jajek
2-łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
1-szklanka cukru pudru
1-łyżka mąki ziemniaczanej
1/2- szklanki kakaa
1/2-szklanki mąki

Masa

1/2-litra mleka
4-łyżki cukru
1-cukier waniliowy
2-łyżki mąki pszennej
2-łyżki mąki ziemniaczanej
1-masło

Prepare instructions:

Margarynę rozpuścić i wystudzić
Żółtka z cukrem ubić mikserem, dodać resztę składników i przestudzoną margarynę,na koniec dodać ubitą pianę z białek dalej miksowa do dokładnego połączenia się składników.
W prodiżu upiec 6 cieniutkich placków na papierze do pieczenia.
Natomiast w blaszce wyjdzie 3 placki

Ze składników na masę ugotować budyń.
Masło rozetrzeć i dodawać po łyżce ostudzonego budyniu na koniec można dodać sok z sytryny według gustu.Zyczę Smacznego

UWAGA Aby wszystkie placki wyszły jednakowej grubości ciasto rozlewam do 6 lub 3 szklanek(po tyle samo w każdej)

To jest bardzo dobre ciasto,i bardzo ładnie wygląda w przekroju,szkoda tylko,że nie dodałaś zdjęcia.

Ciasto jest naprawdę pyszne, zwłaszcza po kilku godzinach jak masa zgęstnieje i "przegryzie" się z ciastem. Przepisu na takie ciasto szukałam bardzo długo i to jest właśnie to. Jedynie co zmieniłam to masę zrobiłam z gotowych budyni ucieranych z masłem. Ale smak samych placków naprawdę pysznie czekoladowy... :)
