1kg maki zwyklej
2 zoltka
500g margaryny plynnej
5 lyzek cukru+cuker waniliowy
10dkg drozdzy swiezych
1 kwasna smietana lub schmmand lub crem fresch
szklanka mleka cieplego
powidla lub twarog

Prepare instructions:

Z mleka +2 lyzki cukru+drozdze+2lyzki maki zrobic zacier i zostawic na piecu do wyrosniecia

Do miski dac make,cukier+cukier waniliowy.kwasna smietane,zoltka.margarene plynna ,wlac zacier z drozdzy i wyrobic mixerem (Hakami) lub reka ciasto takie aby odchodzilo od reki ,podzielic na cztery czesci .Kazda czesc rozwalkowac na placek okragly cienki ,podzielic jak tort na 8 czesci .Na kazdy trojkat, na szeroka strone dac powidla lub twarog (z cukrem i zoltkiem),zawijac do srodka i zrobic rozki.Piec oolo 20 minut na zloty kolor w nagrzanym piekarniku na 180 stopni.Polac lukrem lub czekolada.

Smacznego sa pyszne!!! Ja robilam z niecalego kilogramy maki i wyszlo mi 32 sztuki

SUPER!!! Dzisiaj robiłam na urodzinki synka- wyszły rewelacyjne! Ile sztuk to nie wiem bo nie policzyłam, ale było ich znacznie więcej niż 32 sztuki. Może dlatego że nie robiłam zbyt dużych i rozwałkiowywałam cieniutko ciasto ( nie lubię kiedy jest dużo ciasta a mało nadzienia)
