Czekoladowy bananowiec

Ingredients:

biszkopt z 4 jaj,
kilka łyżek dżemu truskawkowego,
galaretka czerwona
5-6 bananów,
sok z cytryny,
0,5 l. kremówki 30%,
tabliczka czekolady,
4 łyżki żelatyny

Prepare instructions:

Upieczone ciasto dzielimy na 2 części i jedną z nich smarujemy dżemem. Przykrywamy drugim plackiem, który smarujemy tężejącą galaretką (rozpuszczoną w szklance wody). Układamy na niej pokrojone banany (skropione sokiem z cytryny). Kremówkę ubijamy i wkładamy do lodówki. Czekoladę rozpuszczamy i mieszamy ją dokładnie z kilkoma łyżkami kremówki. Żelatynę rozpuszczamy w letniej wodzie i mieszamy ją z 2-3 łyżkami czekolady. Dodajemy ją do pozostałej czekolady. Kiedy masa czekoladowa zacznie teżec, dodajemy śmietanę i wylewamy na banany. Przepis pochodzi z dodatku specjalnego do "życia na gorąco", ale został przeze mnie nieco zmodyfikowany. Smacznego!

upiekę ciasto w sobotę i na pewno je wkleję; ale można sobie je wyobrazic: jasny biszkopcik, warstwa czerwonego dżemu, widoczne banany i czekoladowa masa śmietankowa; pozdrawiam
