Ingredients:

Składniki na 1 porcję:

250 ml naturalnego jogurtu
5-6 łyżek granoli

MUS RABARBAROWO - TRUSKAWKOWY:

2 łodygi rabarbaru
250 g truskawek
50 ml wody
1 łyżka miodu

Prepare instructions:

Deser pyszny, zdrowy, lekki i szybki do przygotowania. Może być także miłym początkiem dnia, gdy mus przygotujemy dzień wcześniej, a deser zaserwujemy sobie na śniadanie.

MUS:
Rabarbar i truskawki umyć i pokroić na drobne kawałki. Wrzucić do rondelka, dodać wodę i miód. Gotować ok. 10 min na małym ogniu. Owoce przełożyć na sito, odczekać chwilę, odsączyć. Owoce zmiksować na mus. Wystudzić.

Do pucharka lub szklanki wsypać połowę granoli, następnie połowę jogurtu i połowę musu. Czynność powtórzyć. Zajadać od razu:)

Młoda byłam zachwycona patrząc na ten deser. Nie mogłam się powstrzymać i zrobiłam go dziś. Wygląda przecudnie, aż żal jeść. Ja zrobiłam małą modyfikację- nie dałam granoli wg wskazówek. Kupiłam otręby granulowane ze śliwkami KUPCA, do tego dodałam żurawinę suszoną i orzechy włoskie. Nie wiem jak smakuje, bo deseru żal mi jeść heh a wygląda tak:

Wygląda obłędnie, mariolko:) Dzięki za apetyczne fotki i jedz, bo szkoda by takie pyszności się zmarnowały;)
