Lekki deser rabarbarowy

Ingredients:

Składniki na 2 porcje:

4 laski rabarbaru
1 laska wanilii
500 ml lekkiego, naturalnego jogurtu
sypka stevia (ok. 4 łyżeczki)
szczypta cynamonu i gałki muszkatołowej

Prepare instructions:

Rabarbar pokroić w 1 centymetrowe kawałki. Wrzucić do rondelka, nalać tyle wody by przykryła rabarbar, włożyć całą laskę wanilii, gotować na małym ogniu, aż rabarbar się rozgotuje i zrobi się z niego mus (ok. 10 min). Wyciągnąć laskę wanilii. Jeśli mus jest zbyt rzadki, odsączyć go na sicie. Mus posłodzić stevią.

Jogurt posłodzić stevią, dodać szczyptę cynamonu i gałki muszkatołowej, wymieszać.

Do szklanek lub pucharków nakładać na przemian jogurt i mus. Podawać lekko schłodzone.

Jeśli nie jesteś na diecie, stevię zastąp cukrem.

"Sypka stevia " - czy użyłaś pokruszonych liści czy użyłaś preparatu jaki widziałam w markecie ?

BarbaroWo - nie wiem dokładnie jaki Ty widziałaś preparat w markecie;) ale ja użyłam Stevii, takiej jak ta (zakupionej w angielskim supermarkecie). Jest to biały proszek, nie zielone pokruszone liście.

Kiedyś kupiłam przez neta stewię i była obrzydliwa i w ogóle nie zjadliwa brrrrrrrrrrrrr.
