Ingredients:

80 dag filetów z dorsza, sok z połowy cytryny, 4 łyżki mąki, 4 łyżki oliwy z oliwek, 4 szalotki 2 pomidory, 1 ząbek czosnku, 1 listek laurowy, 1 łyżka posiekanej natki pietruszki, 100 ml białego wina 20 g masa, sól i pieprz.

Prepare instructions:

Filety umyć, osuszyć i podzielić na 4 porcje. Skropić sokiem z cytryny i posypać świeżo zmielonym pieprzem. Obtoczyć w mące. Drobno posiekaną szalotkę zeszklić na oliwie z oliwek. Na cebulkę wyłożyć rybę, smażyć ok 4 min. przewrócić i posolić. Pomidory sparzyć obrać ze skórki. Miąższ pokroić w drobną kostkę. Nałożyć wraz z przeciśniętym przez praskę czosnkiem na porcje ryby. Dodać listek laurowy i posypać połową natki pietruszki. Dolać białe wino i pod przykryciem dusić na małym ogniu ok 12 min. Rybę ostrożnie na ogrzany półmisek. Do pozostałego po duszeniu ryby sosu dodać masło. Posolić i popieprzyć do smaku. Dokładnie wymieszać. Sosem polać rybę. Posypać resztą natki pietruszki. Podawać z ziemniakami z wody.

Potrawa pyszna, choć chyba za grubo pokroiłam pomidory i to one były w roli głównej, a nie rybcia.
Natomiast nijak mi z ziemniakami z wody nie pasowała. Następnym razem pomyślę o ryżu.

To musi byc rewelacyjne - kupilam dorsza - na razie jest w zamrażarce- jak zrobię napiszę!!!!!!!!!!!
