Duszona fasola

Ingredients:

1 kg białej fasoli "duży jaś"

2 duże cebule

1 puszka pomidorów bez skórki

2 duże marchewki

1 pietruszka

1 seler

przyprawa do dań z fasoli

kminek

ziele angielskie

liść laurowy

słodka i ostra papryka do smaku

ewentualnie kostka rosołowa

2 łyżki oleju

Prepare instructions:

1. Fasolę moczymy całą noc, gotujemy na półmiękko w tej samej wodzie, w której się moczyła i dolewamy w międzyczasie wody, by się nie spaliła.

2. Wszystkie obrane warzywa kroimy w kostkę. Cebulę rumienimy na oleju w rondlu, następnie dodajemy pozostałe warzywa i dolewamy trochę wody, chwilkę gotujemy.

3. Do warzyw dodajemy fasolkę razem z wodą, w której się gotowała. Dodajemy wszystkie przyprawy i gotujemy do miękkości. Na około 20 minut przez wyłączeniem potrawy dodajemy puszkę pomidorów wraz z zalewą. Całość dusimy, doprawiamy ewentualnie do smaku.Wodę możemy uzupełniać w miarę potrzeb.

4. Gotową fasolę podajemy z pieczywem.

Ile mniej więcej wyjdzie porcji z tego kilograma fasoli? Bo wydaje mi się to bardzo dużo.

Rzeczywiście porcja starczy na więcej niż jeden obiad. My w 4 osoby jedliśmy to 3 dni.
