Duszone cukinie z krewetkami

Ingredients:

300 g cukini
100 g cebuli
4 lyzki oleju
sol
150 g krewetek
3-4 lyzki brunatnego cukru
4-5 lyzek soku z cytryny
Sambal oelek ( pikantna pasta z czuszki )
1 peczek koperku

Prepare instructions:

Cukinie przekroic wzduz na polowki i pokroic w plastry. Obrane cebule przekroic na polowki i pokroic wzdluz na cienkie paseczki. Cukinie i cebule usmazyc na goracym oleju ok. 5 min. i wyjac z patelni. Krewetki wlozyc na patelnie i smazyc ok. 2 min.- takze wyjac . Cukier rozpuscic w sosie spod pieczenia, dodac sok z cytryny, 3 lyzki wody i przyprawic Sambal oelek. Na koncu wrzucic posiekany koperek. Dodac pozostale skladniki. Podawac na goraco.
