Expresowy Sernik gotowany - Tort

Ingredients:

1kg białego sera (ja kupuję w kubełku;)

100g masła

3/4 szklanki cukru

2 cukry waniliowe

4 jajka

1 budyń śmietankowy (dobrej jakości)

1 szklanka mleka

1/2 cytryny (bo lubię ten aromacik;)

garść rodzynek

gotowy podkład tortowy "Delekta" (koniecznie kakaowy)

Polewa czekoladowa

tortownica 26cm

Prepare instructions:

Ser 2x zmielić lub gotowy z kubełka (odlać wodę) przełożyć do garnka.

Następnie dodać masło, cukier, cukier waniliowy, jajka.

Wszystko razem dobrze wymieszać i mieszając zagotować na małym ogniu- ja tutaj dodaję sok z połowy cytryny i otartą z niej skórkę oraz spażone rodzynki.

W szklance zimnego mleka rozpuścić budyń śmietankowy i wlać do gotującej się masy serowej ciągle mieszając. Chwilę pogotować, a następnie ciepłą masą przekładać biszkopt.

Dla rozpusty jak już będzie zimny polewam go deserową czekoladą.

Wstawiamy do lodówki, jemy dopiero na drugi dzień:)))

Serek śmietankowy naturalny "Delfiko". Z każdym serem wychodzi inny smak:)

Tak wygląda sernik gotowany, na jednym podkładzie Delecty z budyniem waniliowym dr. Oetkera i kandyzowanymi skórkami pomarańczy, bez cytryny ale za to kilkoma kroplami olejku pomarańczowego + rodzynki oczywiście:). Tym razem dałam kubełkowy ser kupiony w Intermarche.

Nieskromnie mówiąc znowu wyszedł wyśmienity:)))
