Tort chlebowy z tuńczykiem

Ingredients:

2 opakowania chleba tostowego

2 kwaśne śmietany "kesem"

3 puszki tuńczyka w oleju

1 puszka kukurydzy

4 jajka na twardo

1 majonez dekoracyjny

1 ketchup ostry

ogórki konserwowe (korniszony)

pieprz ( do smaku)

do dekoracji: koperek, porarańcza, winogrono.

Prepare instructions:

Śmietany i majonez rozrobić (wymieszać mikserem).

Na tacy ułożyć 1/3 porcji kromek chleba tostowego, posypać je gęsto ogórkiem pokrojonym w kostkę.

Na to wyłożyć połowę masy śmietanowo-majonezowej i przykryć kromkami.

Tuńczyka rozdrobnić razem z olejem, dodać jajka pokrojone w kostkę, kukurydzę, dużo ketchupu, trochę majonezu, doprawić pieprzem. Masę wyłożyć na tort i przykryć kolejnymi kromkami chleba.

Na wierzch i boki wyłożyć 2 połowę masy śmietanowo-majonezowej.

Posypać koperkiem, udekorować plastrami pomarańczy, winogronem, schłodzić.

Uwaga: smak winogron pięknie współgra z tym tortem. Świetna przekąska na zimno zamiast sałatki. Jeśli ktoś jest zdziwiony i nie jadł nigdy takiego "tortu", to proszę sobie pomyśleć, że jest to wielka smakowita kanapka, którą można się podzielić z innymi:)))

Witam, to dwa kubełki 200g kwaśnej śmietany pod nazwą "kesem", oczywiście może być jakakolwiek ale tak napisałam bo wszędzie ją można dostać - chodzi o to żeby się nie napychać samym kalorycznym majonezem:))) Tak naprawdę zawsze wychodzi troszkę inny smak, grunt żeby tort zrobić z dobrych i sprawdonych produktów a nie z byle czego - wtedy sukces gwarantowany:)))
