Tarta serowa na cieście francuskim

Ingredients:

- ciasto francuskie

masa śmietanowo-jajeczna:
- 3 jajka
- 100 ml śmietanki 30%
- 3 łyżki pesto z bazylii
- 1 drobno posiekana czerwona cebula
- sól i pieprz wg uznania
- pół serka kanapkowego (ok. 100g)
nadzienie masy:
- całe opakowanie fety (pokruszonej w kawałki)
- cała mozzarella (pokrojona w kostkę)
- 4 grube plastry sera żółtego (pokrojone w kostkę)
- 100 g sera pleśniowego (pokruszonego w kawałki)
- 2 kotlety ze schabu (pokrojone w paski)
- 7 pomidorków koktajlowych (pokrojonych na ćwiartki)

Prepare instructions:

Wysmarować formę masłem, rozłożyć na nią ciasto francuskie i nakłuć widelcem w kilku miejscach.

Składniki na masę śmietanowo-jajeczną dobrze wymieszać, doprawić solą i pieprzem. Następnie dodać wszystkie sery, delikatnie zmieszać z masą. Tak przygotowaną masę wylać na ciasto francuskie. Na górze ułożyć schab pokrojony w paski i pomidory.
Piec na termoobiegu 30minut w 200C, na 2/3 wysokości piekarnika. Po wyjęciu z piekarnika odczekać około 10-15 minut, aby tarta dobrze się ścieła, ze względu na dużą ilość serów jest dość mokra.

!Do tarty można dodać też około 6 pieczarek pokrojonych w kostkę, lub zrezygnować ze schabu (dlatego oznaczam przepis również jako wegetariański :), a zamiast schabu na górze ułożyć np. oscypek.
