Ingredients:

7 jajek
50dag miesa mielonego
mąka ( do panierki max 3 łyzki stołowe)
swieży koperek
czosnek
papryka słodka
bułka tarta
olej do smażenia
sól,pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Ugotuj 6 jajek na twardo ( jedno pozostaw do panierki) Ugotowane jajka obierz i odstaw do całkowitego wystygniecia.Miesko mielone doprawiamy czosnkiem,papryka czerwona słodka oraz solą i pieprzem.Posiekany koperek dodaj do masy miesnej.Dodaj jajko i dostaw do "przegryzienia" na ok 30 min. Przygotuj 6 porcjii mięska w miare równych i każde jajko obklej masa miesną tak zeby ilość mieska wokól jajka była równa.Całość panieruj najpierw w pozostałym jajku,potem mące a nastepnie w bułce tartej.Jajka smazymy na głebokim rozgrzanym oleju az do zbrązowienia. Po smazeniu przecinamy jajka na pół i gotowe.

Jajka stanowia idealny dodatek do sałatek,mozna serwować solo,jako danie główne lub jako przystawke.

Ja też znam pod nazwą jaskółcze gniazda. Sama owijam jeszcze w rozbity schab. Częste danie wielkanocne.
