farsz z grzybów suszonych

Ingredients:

- 10 dag grzybów suszonych (najlepiej podgrzybków lub prawdziwków);
- 2 cebule;
- czerstwa bułeczka;
- bułka tarta;
- olej;
- przyprawy: sól, świeżo zmielony pieprz.

Prepare instructions:

Grzyby starannie wypłukać i namoczyć w gorącej wodzie co najmniej 30 minut. Namoczone grzyby gotować na malutkim gazie w wodzie, w której się moczyły do miękkości.

Cebule obrać, pokroić i podsmażyć na złoty kolor na oleju.

Ugotowanie grzyby odcedzić (wody nie wylewać). W grzybowym "rosole" namoczyć czerstwą bułeczkę.

Grzyby, cebulę i namoczoną bułkę przepuścić przez maszynkę do mięsa.
Doprawić solą i pieprzem (ma byc pikantne, ale nie za słone). Jesli masa będzie zbyt rzadka, dodać odrobinę bułki tartej.

Farsz doskonale nadaje się do naleśników, krokietów, pierogów, uszek, pasztecików itp.

Wykorzystałam przepis do przyrządzenia uszek na tegoroczną wigilię.Takiego szukałam, jest prosty i tradycyjny No i uszka wyszły smakowite, mrożą się już cierpliwie:)
