Grillowane udka z kurczaka

Ingredients:

12 udek z kurczaka
100 ml oleju
3 ząbki czosnku
1 czubata łyżeczka papryki słodkiej
½ łyżeczki chili
2 cm imbiru
1 łyżeczka gorczycy
½ łyżeczki soli
1 łyżeczka majeranku

Prepare instructions:

Z udek wycinamy kości, dokładnie myjemy mięso, osuszamy papierowym ręcznikiem. Czosnek przeciskamy przez praskę, imbir ścieramy na drobnych oczkach. Dodajemy do oleju wraz z rozgniecioną w moździerzu gorczycą i pozostałymi przyprawami. Dokładnie mieszamy. Marynatą smarujemy mięso. Wkładamy do lodówki na 24 godziny, w tym czasie kilka razy mieszamy, aby udka dokładnie się zamarynowały. Pieczemy na grillu z obu stron aż do uzyskania pożądanego koloru (mięso nie może być krwiste). Podajemy z ulubionymi dodatkami.

Bardzo lubię mięso dosmaczone domowymi mieszankami przypraw :) Imbir pasuje do drobiu doskonale, ale muszę przyznać, że jeszcze nie próbowałam łączyć go z majerankiem.

Wkn, ja pierwszy raz przygotowałam tę mieszankę przypraw i muszę przyznać, że udka wyszły wspaniałe, dlatego pewnie niebawem zrobię powtórkę :)
