grube ciasto na pizze

Ingredients:

Stałe:
Mąka ok. ½ kg,
Drożdże ok. 3i1/3 dkg,
Mleko 1 szklanka,
Sól 1 płaska łyżeczka,
Cukier 1 łyżeczka
Opcjonalnie:
Garść ziół prowansalskich oraz garść czosnku granulowanego
czytaj: garść lub kopiasta łyżeczka

Prepare instructions:

Wymieszać w kubku drożdże z cukrem odstawić w ciepłe miejsce, odczekać aż zaczną pracować, dopełnić kubek letnim mlekiem i wlać do większego naczynia w którym będziemy wyrabiać ciasto. Następnie zasypać to łyżką mąki od serca. Odstawić do wyrośnięcia w ciepłe miejsce. Poczym dodając mąkę powoli wyrabiać dodać sól i opcjonalnie zioła i czosnek. Wyrabiać dopóki nie zacznie odchodzić od rąk. Następnie dobrze jest poprzerzucać ciasto z ręki do ręki jak piłkę. Następnie należy rozłożyć ciasto na nasmarowaną tłuszczem blachę. Ciasto następnie dziurawimy widelcem równomiernie i nakładamy wierzch według uznania. Całość pieczemy w 220 C. Do zrumienienia się sera.

REWELACYJNE CIASTO...cała moja rodzinka uwielbia jak robie pizę, a to na bank zasługa tego ciasta!!! Uwielbiam:)
