UWAGA!!!!!!   Grzyby należy wcześniej ugotować !!!!!  Przepis może nie jest śmiertelny, ale z pewnością bardzo przykry dla smakosza surowych grzybów :)

Mój śp dziadek nigdy nie gotował przed kiszeniem grzybów, a przepis jest jego i żył długo i nie umarł od tego:) co prawda kisił tylko rydze.

jadłam kiedyś kiszone grzyby, były pyszne i z pewnością kiszone surowe
