Gulasz kurczakowo-porowy

Ingredients:

3 piersi z kurczaka
3 pory
2 lyzki musztardy ( najlepsza francuzka)
2 zabki czosnku
sol, pieprz, majeranek, przyprawa knora do mies
2 -3 lyzki kwasnej smietany

Prepare instructions:

1. platy kurczaka pokroic w paski, obsypac przyprawa knora
i smazyc na oleju.
2. pory pokroic w krazki, dorzucic do kurczaka, dusic
okolo 15 minut.
3. smietane wymieszac z musztarda , z roztartym czosnkiem
+ majeranek
4.zalac kurczaka sosem i zagotowac.Wedle uznania przyprawic
( sol, pieprz, ja zawsze przyprawy dodaje na koniec
poniewaz nie traca wartosci swojej)
Te potrawke mozemy podawac z ryzem na sypko, kasza

gryczana lub kluseczkami slaskim, , makaron swiderki
+ pare usmazonych pieczarek + ulubiona surowka.
