Ryz zapiekany z jabłkami-pyszna lekka kolacja

Ingredients:

1,5 szklanki ryzu
1,5 szklanki mleka
1,5 szklanki wody
2 łyzki masła
2 jaja
2 łyzki cukru
2 łyzki bułki tartej
1/2 kg jablek ( im wiecej tym lepiej)
cynamon
smietana ( pod kazda postacia, bita lub kwasna)

Prepare instructions:

1. Ryz ugotowac na sypko w mleku + woda + sol,
gotujemy pod przykryciem na bardzo wolnym ogniu( tzw, pyk, pyk)
Gdy wsiakna zupelnie juz plyny, odstawiamy ryz zawijajac w koc.
2. Jaja ubic z cukrem + cynamon
3. Ryz wymieszac z ubitymy jajami
4 .Foremke wysmarowac tluszczem, obsypac bulka tarta,
warstwami ukladac : ryz, jabłka krojone w plastry,
ryz, jabkłka, ryz( ostatnia warstwa)
na wierz masło, najlepiej gdy maslo jest schłodzone , to

kroimy w cienkie plastry i ulozyc w roznych miejscach.
5.Pieczemy w tem 180 stopni , okolo 25 minut
Ja ryz w ten sposob przygotowany podaje : bardzo gesta kwasna smietana,
okolo 1 czubata lyzka na porcje, obsypuje cynamonem + cukier+swieze jabłko
( plaster, lub ósemka)

Jezeli chodzi o doprawienie ryzu przed pieczeniem, to kazdy wedlug wlasnego
smaku , dodaje cukier, maslo i cynamon..
Dobra lekka kolacja na zimowe wieczory.

ta zapiekanaka to smak mojego dziecinstwa duzo jablek , duzo cynamonu na jablkach i bita smietana ubita na "byka"

niestey ja w dziecinstwie nie jadlam zadnych mlecznych, ryzowych potraw....Teraz to nadrabiam i taki ryz uwielbiam.....pozdrawiam Cie serdecznie
