Gulasz w mgnieniu oka

Ingredients:

50 dag kiełbasy
1 puszka czerwonej fasolki
1 puszka ananasów w kawałkach
1 szklanka rosołu (instant)
5 cebul
1 puszka koncentratu pomidorowego
3 łyżki masła lub margaryny
2 łyżki mąki ziemniaczanej
2 łyżki octu
sól, pieprz
szczypta chili

Prepare instructions:

Cebulę obrać i pokroić w półkrążki. Zdjąć skórę z kiełbasy. Przekroić kiełbasę na pół, a następnie pokroić w plasterki. Wyłożyć czerwoną fasolkę na sitko. Dokładnie opłukać wodą i osączyć. Odcedzić ananasa, sok zlać do słoiczka. Rozgrzać tłuszcz w garnku. Podsmażyć cebulę i kiełbasę, dodać koncentrat pomidorowy. Wlać jedną szklankę rosołu i pół szklanki soku ananasowego, dobrze rozmieszać. Gotować gulasz na małym ogniu przez 10 minut. Na 5 minut przed końcem gotowania dodać kawałki ananasa i czerwoną fasolkę. Rozrobić mąkę ziemniaczaną z odrobiną wody, zagęścić gulasz. Doprawić do smaku solą, pieprzem, octem oraz chili.

dodałam do ulubionych, myślę że jest to danko do zrobienia w tygodniu dla zapracowanych , pozdrawiam "ggochę "
