Gulasz wieprzowy z fasolką

Ingredients:

1/2 kg żółtej fasolki szparagowej,
1/2 łyżki margaryny
1/2 łyżki smalcu,
25 dag mięsa wieprzowego,
1 średnie cebula,
1 pomidor,
sól i pieprz do smaku

Prepare instructions:

Fasolką pozbawić końcówek i łyka. Dłuższe strąki przekroić na połowę. Mięso pokroić w kostkę o boku 1,5 cm, posolić i popieprzyć. Cebulę posiekać. Pomidory sparzyć i po zdjęciu skórek pokroić na cząstki. W rondlu rozgrzać margarynę i smalec. Wrzucić mięso i smażyć do uzyskania lekko brązowego koloru. Dodać cebulę. Nadal smażyć do jej zeszklenia. Dodać pomidory i smażyć jeszcze ok 5 min. Całość zalać 200 ml wody, dodać fasolkę i dusić pod przykryciem do miękkości mięsa (ok 30 min). Gotowe danie doprawić do smaku solą i pieprzem. Podawać z gotowanymi ziemniakami.

robiłam już dwa razy, raz ze świeżą fasolą a raz z mrożoną. Potrawa godna polecenia.

Gulasz naprawdę wyśmienity. Zrobiłam go z filetami z kurczaka, dla mnie i mojej rodzinki bomba.
