Gulasz z kiełbasy II

Ingredients:

40 dag kiełbasy typu śląska,
2 średnie cebule,
3 łyżki mąki,
2 łyżki masła (lub innego tłuszczu),
1/2 l bulionu (może być z kostki),
sól, pieprz i przyprawa maggi do smaku.

Prepare instructions:

Kiełbasę pokroić w kostkę. Cebulę obrać i drobno posiekać. W rondlu rozgrzać tłuszcz, wrzucić kiełbasę i smażyć na wolnym ogniu ok 4 min. Dodać cebulę i dalej smażyć do jej zeszklenia. Dodać mąkę, dokładnie wymieszać i smażyć nadal, aż całość nabierze złoto-brązowego koloru (uważać aby cebula się nie przypaliła). Zalać chłodnym bulionem. Dokładnie wymieszać. Gotować, aż gulasz nabierze właściwej konsystencji. (gdy za gęsty rozcieńczyć odrobiną wody). Doprawić solą, pieprzem i przyprawą maggi do smaku. Podawać z ziemniakami, kaszą lub drożdżowymi poznańskimi pyzami. Do gulaszu doskonale pasuje surówka z buraczków...ale nie tylko.

witaj bahusku dziś znów robię twój pyszny gulasz, dodałam tylko do niego trochę mrożonej czerwonej papryki, dodało trochę kolorku i smaku. Gulasz jest wyśmienity, a przy tym bardzo prosty i szybki, polecam wszystkim. Pozdrówka

Całkiem niezłe:) Dodałam koncentratu pomidorowego i podałam z plackami ziemniaczanymi.

gulasz super! nie mialam pomyslu na szybki obiad a ten przepis jest strzalem w dziesiatke. Dzieki
