Gulasz z wieprzowiny

Ingredients:

1 łyżka masła, 675 g chudej wieprzowiny bez kości, 225 g pieczarek, 25 g cebuli, 3 łyżki mąki pszennej, 125 ml śmietany 30%, 500 g ugotowanego ryżu, 375 ml rosołu z kurczaka, 1 łyżeczka Przyprawy do mięsa wieprzowego .

Prepare instructions:

W garnku rozgrzać masło, włożyć wieprzowinę pokrojoną w kostkę i podsmażyć. Wieprzowinę wyjąć z garnka. Na pozostały ze smażenia tłuszcz wrzucić pokrojone pieczarki i posiekaną cebulę, i smażyć do miękkości. Posypać mąką i smażyć przez 2 min. Dodać rosół, śmietanę i zagotować. Wieprzowinę ponownie włożyć do garnka, dodać przyprawę i dusić przez 45 min. Podawać z ryżem.

Zmieniłam troszeczkę ten przepis, bo nie dodałam rosołu a wodę, zrezygnowałam ze śmietany i dodałam curry. Wyszło pysznie. Polecam
